During the harvest season, you will take part in the entire process alongside our team, learning how olives are picked using traditional and modern methods while working in the beautiful surroundings of our olive groves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll experience every step first hand \u2014 from harvesting the olives on the trees, to watching the pressing process at the mill. Our experts will guide you through the journey, explaining how quality olive oil is made and what factors influence flavor, aroma, and yield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The experience continues beyond the day itself. Once the pressing is complete, the following day you\u2019ll be able to return and collect your very own fresh extra virgin olive oil, made from the olives you helped harvest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
